You will often find people trying to give excuses of their workload and there unavailability for the family vacations. This type of working individuals tends to become workaholics and gradually they fail to spend a quality time with their family and friends. Some of them might give you some serious excuses viz. “I have meeting with an important client” and some would also say that “their company will bear serious loss if they take a vacation for more than two days.” Not every working individual will exaggerate things at this level but offcourse you will find a considerable amount of people doing this unknowingly. In order to deal with these workaholics you will need to do a separate full scale study of their nature. But that’s an altogether different aspect.

The reason of me writing this article is to make understand people the need of traveling just for pleasure. It feels terrible when I find people not getting rid of their cell phones while they are travelling and not enjoying the scenic beauty of their travel location while trying not to miss one single text message of their boss, client or colleagues. Modern means of communication have restricted our verbal communicational skill; people like to tweet more rather than appreciating something in person. Even if you are travelling for a business purpose, you should try to capture the beauty of the nature. Have you ever thought while travelling in an airplane; the sky would fall unto you?

With the development of better transport facilities, travelling these days has become much easier if compared to the olden days. Travelling is something that appeals to all the senses of your body where you can see, feel, hear and smell the beauty of the real world.

One should always remember this, our job is important but we should not blow things out of proportion. An astronaut on the moon can hide the earth from his eyesight just by keeping his thumb in front of him. This can be a perfect example of looking at your petty and silly problems at your job.
